Football Coach's Self-Evaluation
Successful coaches have proved in the history of football to have had what is called a "strong" personality. But what actually makes such a kind? Is it strength? Knowledge? Ambition? or is it something above all of these? A good coach is defined by:
Success as a coach translates a superior ability to analyze not only game situations, strategies and tactics but above all, oneself. It is only through an objective introspective look that a coach will be able to determine his type of personality, strengths and weaknesses as well as his potential for the future. The coach is faced daily with problems and the solution to any of them comes naturally in three steps:
Similarly, improving oneself as a football coach will start with a comprehensive evaluation of self and activity, then continue with the identification of strengths, weaknesses and unrealized potential, culminating with the formulation of corrections/improvements and their implementation. We propose the following self-evaluation and look at what actually comes out to be your personality as a soccer coach.
